Before reporting a missed waste collection, please check your collection date. Sometimes collection days change around bank holidays.
You can complete our report from after 4pm on your collection day. We may still be collecting waste until this time.
We will only investigate a missed collection reported within one working day after your collection day. If you are reporting later than this, please wait until our next planned collection day to have your waste removed.
There are a number of reasons why your waste, recycling or garden waste may not have been collected. Before reporting a missed collection, please check the following:
- Your bags or bins were put out before 7am
- Your bags or bins were placed at your property boundary
- There have been no collection date changes, such as bank holidays
- The crew have not put a sticker by your bags or bins explaining why it was not emptied
- This missed collection has not already been reported to us via phone or email
