We may be able to help if you’re unable to carry your rubbish and recycling sacks to the boundary of your property for collection.
If no-one else can help, assisted collections are available for residents who are frail, elderly or those with disabilities who cannot lift or carry their black and clear sacks.
In such cases, sacks need to be left in an agreed location close to the house by 7am on the collection day. We cannot enter homes to remove rubbish and recycling.
We regret this service is not available for our garden waste collection service.
