Fees include VAT where applicable. Regularisation applications are not subject to VAT.

Multiple work reductions

Where extensions and a loft or garage conversion are carried out at the same time, combine the individual fees and apply a 25% reduction.
Where domestic alterations up to £15,000 are undertaken concurrently with works under Codes D01 to D07 or D20, the charge may be reduced by 25%
