Multiple work reductions

  1. Where more than one extension, or an extension and a loft conversion is proposed and the works are carried out concurrently, the individual fees should be combined and reduced by 30%.
  2. Where domestic alterations up to £15,000 are to be carried out at the same time as work described in codes D01 – D09 above, the charge payable in Table C can be reduced by 30%.
