FREE One Day Leisure Pass
Sevenoaks District residents aged 55 and over can claim a free one-day pass for Edenbridge, Sevenoaks and White Oak Leisure Centres. The pass can be used on the first Sunday in October, November and December 2026.
The passes act like a normal day pass and allow participants to take part in regular activities covered in the membership such as gym, swim and classes.

Older Person’s Day
Westerham Town Council is hosting an Older Person's Day on Friday 2 October 2026 10am to 2pm at Westerham Hall, to coincide with the annual UN International Day of Older Persons.
The day is dedicated to challenging ageism, celebrating the achievements and contributions of older people in society, and highlighting the opportunities for an ageing population. They will provide information and raise awareness of local groups and services on offer in the town.

The Ageing Well Clinic at Edenbridge Memorial Health Centre run free talks between 2pm and 3pm on the following dates:

Well Man Event
Join the Ageing Well Clinic for their Well Man Event, designed to help you stay on top of your health and wellbeing. This is a great opportunity to learn more about men's health, ask questions in a relaxed environment, and receive a free mini health check.

Discounted tee times
Residents aged 55 and over can claim a 25% discount on tee times at Lullingstone Park Golf Course. This discount is valid Monday to Friday only, through October to December 2026.
You’ll will need to provide evidence that you live in the Sevenoaks District to receive the discount. Discounted Tee Times must be booked in advance by calling Lullingstone Park Golf Course on 01959 583019 or visiting the course in person at Parkgate Road, Chelsfield, Kent BR6 7PX

There are several walking groups across the District that are perfect for older people who wish to exercise and socialise more.

Darent Valley Rail Trails
A free walking app is available featuring a series of rail trails along the Darent Valley Line, from Swanley to Sevenoaks, including Eynsford, Shoreham, Otford and Bat & Ball. The routes offer opportunities to explore local history, landscapes and wildlife at each stop.
