Each course lasts one hour and is delivered in real time giving you the chance to interact and ask questions. Recordings of each course can be viewed afterwards.

There is no limit on the number of courses a business or employee can take.
The courses are being delivered by SEEDL, a UK based live learning service, and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
