Dartford Borough Council also secured an interim injunction for its area on 26 August 2026. This was continued on 9 September 2026 and relates to caravans on the site and waste activities.
Sevenoaks District Council served a Temporary Stop Notice for the land in its area on 26 August 2026. The notice expired on 21 October 2026. The injunction protects the same parcel of land and prevents further development or intensification in breach of planning control.
A further hearing will take place on 4 November 2026.
The injunction was obtained with support from Dartford Borough Council.
