Certain residents who live in Controlled Parking Zones can apply for on-street parking permits.
Permits are available for residents who live in homes built or converted before 2014.

When you apply, you will be asked to enter your address and postcode. You will be informed if you are eligible and the area where you can apply for a permit.
When you apply...
You will be asked to upload one of the following documents to show proof of residency:
- A recent Council Tax Bill
- A utility bill (within the past months)
- A bank statement (within the past months)
- A tenancy agreement
- Your Driving Licence
You will also be asked to upload one of the following vehicle documents:
- A vehicle log book (V5C)
- A vehicle lease or hire agreement
- Headed letter from your employer naming the driver
- An insurance policy schedule
- A copy of a current Blue Badge

Fees
Permit fees, including those for properties with a Blue Badge or an electric vehicle permit, are calculated on the number of off-street spaces available at the property and the number of permits issued, including those issued for free.
