Refuse, recycling and garden waste collections will be a day later than usual next week due to the spring bank holiday.
There will be no collections on Monday 25 May and all collections that week will take place a day later until Saturday 30 May.
Residents are requested to put their black and clear sacks out by 7am and their garden waste out by 6.30am on their collection day.
Cabinet member for ‘Cleaner and Greener’, Cllr Margot McArthur says: “Our refuse collectors are the best in the business and we’re so proud of their hard work throughout the coronavirus pandemic. They’ve continued to collect waste every week and the week following the bank holiday will be no different.”
