Landlords and agents in Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and Malling are being invited to attend a free information forum at Sevenoaks District Council.
The evening event takes place on 28 October 2019 and is a great opportunity for landlords to network with like-minded people, get up to speed on changes in the industry together with discussions on buying at auction and zero deposit schemes.
The event will be chaired by Cabinet Member for housing, Cllr Robert Piper. Cllr Piper says: “Supporting local business owners and improving rented accommodation for tenants are two of our promises so we’re delighted to be hosting the next West Kent Landlord Forum. It’s a great opportunity for local landlords to meet and discuss issues together and to learn about important changes to housing law.”
The West Kent Landlord Forum will take place at the Sevenoaks District Council Offices on Argyle Road from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Monday 28 October. Although the event is free, landlords must register their place. Visit www.landlords.org.uk/events/west-kent-forum to sign up.
