The Local List Supplementary Planning Document is intended to raise awareness and enhance protection of the many unlisted sites which make up the historic environment of the Sevenoaks District. Our current locally listed buildings are located within Sevenoaks Town and were obtained via a research project undertaken by the Sevenoaks Society.
The Local List Supplementary Planning Document was adopted in 2017 and is currently being updated.
