The periods for retention of information are specified in our data retention schedules.
Data may be held in a paper format as well as electronically. Retention periods apply according to each service area and are available by request to data.protection@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
However, in all cases your information will only be held as long as necessary and will be disposed of in a secure manner when no longer needed.
We will take account of why your information was collected, how it is being used, how sensitive the information and your right to privacy.
We will not transfer your data outside of the UK unless we state otherwise.
