We monitor and record images from some 100 CCTV cameras across the District at our CCTV Control Centre. The Centre is in constant contact with Kent Police and any suspicious incidents are referred straight to them.

Requests for information
If you believe you have been recorded by our CCTV system and wish to have access to the footage, please contact our CCTV Manager.
You will be asked to provide information to confirm your identity and you must provide us with sufficient information to allow us to identify the recording. A fee may be payable for each access request.
If the recording relates to another person, who can also be identified, we not obliged to comply with your request without their consent.
We may deny access to footage that is likely to prejudice the prevention and detection of crime or the apprehension or prosecution of an individual.
