Our Housing Hub offers a one-stop shop to discuss any housing issue or concerns in confidence with our staff and partners. No appointment is necessary and free refreshments are available.
Areas of support include:
- Cost of living
- Saving money on fuel bills
- Housing advice
- Welfare benefits
- Substance misuse (alcohol and drugs)
- Domestic abuse advice with a safe space to talk
- Rough sleeping advice
- Neighbour disputes and issues
The Housing Hub takes place at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks TN13 1HG, on the following days:

As well as the usual help and advice, you can have your say on our draft 'Private Sector Housing Grant Policy'. This policy will set out how we will grant fund home adaptions and other support for vulnerable and disabled residents who live in private sector property as well as funding to bring empty private sector homes back into use. - Monday 12 January 2026 - 10am to 12noon
