A Public Inquiry for the appeal lodged by Mr and Mrs A Petry against an enforcement notice(s) served by Sevenoaks District Council will begin at 10am on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
The notice(s) allege(s): The removal of the roof and the construction of a new roof, including structural steels within the roof, without planning permission at the Garden House, Dryhill Lane, Sundridge, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 6AA.
The Inquiry will be held at the Sevenoaks District Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG.
The Inquiry is scheduled to last four days, concluding by 12 September 2025.

Free parking is available on some roads near the Council offices limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Long stay parking is available in the Sevenoaks Town Car Park, a five to ten minute walk to our offices.
