Our waste service standards outline what households can expect from us and in return what simple rules they must follow when presenting their waste, recycling and food waste for collection.
The standards are also intended to keep our crews safe while encouraging residents to use their recycling collection services to their fullest potential.
They are based on best practice and are similar to those used by other councils.
