Online planning applications

Submit and pay for planning applications online via the Planning Portal website.

PublicAccess for Planning is our on-line service that allows you to view details of planning applications. 

You can follow the progress of planning applications, view documents including application forms, plans and decision notices, make a comment, search a weekly list of applications and decisions, view historic applications and property details including maps.

In accordance with the advice issued by the Office of the Information Commissioner, all documents, except decision notices, officers' reports and drawings, will be removed from PublicAccess after the application has been determined.

If you wish to view the paper application file at the council offices, please e-mail planning.information@sevenoaks.gov.uk or call us on 01732 227000 then select option 3. Please allow a minimum of two working days for us to deal with these requests.


Information for PublicAccess users

  • When searching for a planning application, please do not include the SE part of the planning reference
  • Public Access is usually available between 7am and 11.30pm, seven days a week.
  • This website has been designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Users of other browsers may have problems viewing some of the pages
