Residents with any housing issues or concerns can come along to a free event offering expert help and advice.
Sevenoaks District Council’s ‘Housing Hub’ is taking place on Monday 13 March 2023, from 2pm to 4.30pm, at the Council’s offices in Argyle Road, Sevenoaks (TN13 1HG).
Staff from the Council and its partners will be available to discuss and advise on housing issues, including the cost of living, saving money on fuel bills, benefits and more.
No booking is necessary, residents can just turn up.
Cllr Kevin Maskell, the Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing and Health, says: “With increasing energy prices, food and other bills going up, we know some people are facing challenging times.
“But I would urge anyone experiencing financial difficulties, including the prospect of losing their home, to speak to us as soon as possible.
“Anyone who is facing problems can come along to our Housing Hub event on 13 March when our friendly team and partners will be on-hand to provide confidential advice.
