We are consulting on our revised Statement of Licensing Policy.
The Policy cover premises that sell alcohol, offer late night refreshment and regulated entertainment. It also covers individuals who sell alcohol. It acts as a guide for applicants, decision makers and anyone commenting on a licence or a licence application. It ensures applications are dealt with consistently and on their own merits.
The proposed changes to the Policy are highlighted in red text.
