Pedham Place in Farningham, near Swanley, is being considered for a mixed-use development for up to 2,500 homes. The site promoters are working on various options for the site, including residential, education, employment, health and other facilities.

Wasps Rugby Football Club proposals
Wasps Rugby Football Club has put forward an early ideas for a new multi-use stadium, training ground and a hotel as part of our Local Plan ‘Call for sites’.
The public and partners had the opportunity to have their say on the Wasps’ proposal during the Regulation 18 Part 2 consultation (23 November 2023 to 11 January 2024) and the 2025 Local Plan Regulation 18 consultation (23 October to 11 December 2025).
Wasps’ proposals would also require planning permission, which again would give the public an opportunity to have their say and actively engage in the process.
