Supplier Remote Access
Our suppliers can use Virtual Private Network (VPN) software to connect securely to our network from compliant devices. This software must be downloaded to your computer, installed and configured. Your device must also meet basic security requirements. These include, but are not limited to:
- Operating System must be Windows 10 or newer
- Anti-Virus must be installed and up to date
- Firewall (either built-in or AV managed) must be turned on
Install and configure Pulse Secure for Windows
To connect using Pulse Secure, download the appropriate installer below and run the installer. If you already have the client installed and configured, go to Step 3.
Within the Pulse Secure client, click '+' to add a new connection with the following details:
Type: 'UAC or VPN'
Name: Not confirg related, your preferred name
Please fill in the online form to request remote access.
For instant access after this is completed, you can call our Service Desk on 01732 227444 and the account will be enabled with immediate effect.
To start the connection, double-click the connection you added in step 2. During connection you'll be prompted for your username and password.
You should now be successfully connected.
