The Housing and Community Hub offer a one-stop shop to discuss any housing and community issues or concerns in confidence with our staff and partners. No appointment is necessary and free refreshments are available.

- Neighbour disputes and issues
- Rough sleeping advice
- Saving money on household bills
- Substance misuse (alcohol and drugs)
- Welfare benefits
The Housing and Community Hub take place at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1HG on the following days:
- Friday 9 October 2026 – 10am to 12noon (World Homeless Day)
- Monday 16 November 2026 – 10am to 12noon (Safeguarding Adults Week)
- Thursday 17 December 2026 – 10am to 12noon
- Monday 11 January 2027 – 10am to 12noon (Housing Allocation Policy)
