Full Council agreed on 15 November 2022 to withdraw the Proposed Submission Version of its Local Plan (Reg.19, December 2019), which was submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination on 30 April 2019 and was the subject of a report of Inspector Karen Baker dated 2 March 2020.
The withdrawal has been made pursuant to section 22(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Pursuant to regulation 27 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, we have published a statement of the fact of withdrawal.
