Sevenoaks Town Council produced a Neighbourhood Development Plan, which set out a vision for the future of the town and planning policies.
Residents supported the Plan at a local referendum on 4 May 2023. The plan was subsequently adopted by us on 23 May 2023.
This means planning applications within the Sevenoaks Town Council area are determined in accordance with the Sevenoaks Town Neighbourhood Development Plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise.
