The courses

Routes are moderately challenging and ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

The surface varies between tarmac, concrete and grass track. Depending on the weather, the course could be muddy in parts.

Both the 3k and 5k courses are suitable for off-road pushchairs and those who want to walk the course.

The 10k course is for runners and is not suitable for walkers.

Friends and family are very welcome to come along to encourage you around the course.

The start and finish lines are in the south of Knole Park, close to Mast Head Gate. Please do not park close to this location. See the 'Getting to the event' section below.
