One You Why Weight courses

A 12-week weight management course run by nutritionist to help you to understand the relationship between food, exercise and weight control. Each weekly session focuses on a particular subject including food labels, portion sizes and eating out. At the end of each session there is the chance to take part in an optional 30-minute gentle exercise class.

This course is for anyone living in the Sevenoaks District, aged 18 and over, who is very overweight (a body mass index of 30+, this equates to needing to lose at least two stone).

Courses are run regularly across the District including in Edenbridge, Sevenoaks, Swanley and New Ash Green.
