Swanley gateway workhub and homes | Sevenoaks District Council

Swanley gateway workhub and homes

We are building an exciting new ‘work hub’ and homes at the former Meeting Point at 27 to 37 High Street Swanley, the southern gateway to the town.

The ground floor work hub will provide 250 square metres of space for the next generation of Swanley businesses, supporting new jobs, new ways of working and the local economy.

The work hub will encourage business collaboration with access to facilities on a ‘gym’-style membership basis. If you’d like to know more about taking space in the work hub, please email business@sevenoaks.gov.uk.

The development is located in the heart of Swanley town centre with 17 high-quality one and two bedroom flats, each with access to a communal, wildlife-friendly garden. For information about the flats, please call Robinson-Jackson on 01322 666444.

To support our Net Zero 2030 commitment, the work hub and flats have energy efficient air source heating, electric charging points and cycle parking, all a short walk from Swanley railway station.

The work hub is being paid for and built by Sevenoaks District Council with funding from the Getting Building Fund (South East Local Enterprise Partnership and Kent County Council).

Guildmore has been awarded the contract to build the work hub and homes. If you have question or concerns about the works, please contact Josella McCalla, Guildmore’s Resident Liaison Officer for the project, on 07984 619129 or email josella.mccalla@guildmore.com.
