We’re running a free, five-week Strength and Conditioning Course, designed just for Women.
The courses will help build muscle, tone your whole body, help you stay active and improve your overall fitness.
The classes are designed for everyone to be able to take part, regardless of fitness level or ability. They are suitable for beginners, seniors and people who want to gradually build their confidence in a small, friendly women-only group.
There will be time for refreshments and chat afterwards.

These sessions are run by local fitness expert, Amanda Hewett from She Active and are funded by Sport England’s ‘This Girl Can’ project with support from Edenbridge Town Council.
