Holding a street party
You will need to apply to Kent County Council to close a road to traffic.
The GOV website has further advice on road closures for street parties.
Events and licensing
To hold an event in the District, please apply at least 12 weeks in advance as you may be asked to attend the Sevenoaks District Safety Advisory Group to talk about your safety and temporary road closure arrangements and other licenses and permissions.
If your event involves the sale of alcohol and certain forms of entertainment, you may need to apply for a Premises Licence or a Temporary Event Notice.
