We’re supporting Keep Britain Tidy’s Great British Spring Clean between 17 March and 2 April.
The event encourages everyone to take to streets, parks and towns and pick up litter wherever they find it.
To show our support, we can offer to lend litter pickers and collect rubbish from anyone in the District who wants to hold a ‘clean-up’ event. If you’re interested in holding an event, email recycling@sevenoaks.gov.uk to arrange support. Resources are limited so if you wish to organise an event, please enquire as early as possible.
We’ll also be lending equipment to ‘Clean Up Sevenoaks District’ who are litter picking throughout the District on 25 and 26 March. Last year, we collected over 600 bags of refuse from their event.
