18 March 2010The District Council can only enforce existing parking restrictions and cannot enforce offences of obstruction or footway parking.
Obstructing or parking on the pavements are both offences that Kent Police can enforce. Incidents of obrstructive or pavement parking should be reported via the Kent Police non-emergency telphone number 01622 690 690 or via Kent Police's website
