Crockenhill parking proposals

Earlier this year the District Council carried out formal consultation on changes to parking restrictions in the Crockenhill area and the period for comment has now ended.

The Portfolio Holder for the Built Environment, Cllr Williamson, has assessed all of the comments received and has decided to introduce the parking restrictions as proposed, save for a reduction in length of the proposed double yellow lines around the cul-de-sac end of Green Court Road so the lines are not in front or opposite residential properties, as had been requested by the residents.

The restrictions to be introduced are shown on the on plans available for download in PDF format.

Goldsel Road & Green Court Road
The restrictions are designed to prevent any displacement of commuter parking from around the Swanley station area and to maintain access to the bus stop lay-bys on Goldsel Road.
