Penalty Charge Notices

Introduction
Sevenoaks District Council is responsible for enforcing parking regulations on street on behalf of Kent County Council and in its own car parks.

Certain serious on street offences, such as parking on the approach to a pedestrian crossing or causing an obstruction, are enforced by the police.

Civil Enforcement Officers will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), commonly referred to as a parking ticket or fine, to vehicles parked irresponsibly, in contravention of on-street parking restrictions.

How to pay you Penalty Charge Notice
You can pay your Penalty Charge Notice or make an appeal on line via this website. In most cases you can also view the photos and notes about the offence.

Please note that if you wish to pay or appeal a penalty charge notice which has only just been issued and the information you enter is not recognised, this may be because the penalty charge details have not been entered onto the system. If you experience any difficulties, please try again the following day. If you do not have any success after that time, please contact us on 01732 227000

Otherwise please phone the Council's Contact Centre on 01732 227000 to make a payment.
