22 May 2012The District Council can only enforce existing parking restrictions and cannot enforce offences of obstruction or footway parking.
Obstructing or parking on the pavements are both offences that Kent Police can enforce. Incidents of obstructive or pavement parking should be reported via the Kent Police non-emergency telephone number 01622 690 690 or via Kent Police's website
