Comment on planning applications

All comments we receive will be placed on the planning file and website, which are available for public inspection. Your name and address will be published with your comment, however personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be published on our website. Due to the high volume of comments we receive your comments will not be acknowledged in writing, however you will be notified of the decision.

We will take into account all representations received when we assess the application. Please be aware that the decision should only be made having regard to material planning considerations. Should the applicant appeal our decision then all comments received while the application was under consideration will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and you will be informed if there is an opportunity to submit further comments.

Comments can also be submitted by email to planning.comments@sevenoaks.gov.uk and by post to the Planning Department, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1HG quoting the application reference number and address.
