Community Volunteer Teams
Some of the town and parish councils have a 'Community Volunteer Team' (CVT), also known as an Emergency Committee, Group or Team.  The response that can be provided by the CVTs depends on the skills, experience and training of the personnel and on the equipment at their disposal. Most CVTs have communications, welfare and resources teams trained to help in an emergency. Training for CVT Volunteers will be provided by the CVT or by the District Council.

If you would like to volunteer to help your local team, please contact your town or parish council.
