Take your responsibility seriously - think about how what you're doing might be upsetting others. Your hobby might seem great fun to you but it could be keeping children awake, spoiling somebody's quiet afternoon, frightening children or creating danger to drivers and pedestrians:
Action that can be taken against you
If you are riding your bike illegally or in an anti-social behaviour manner:

Are you affected?
Many calls have been received from people concerned about the risk of injury to pedestrians and riders, the noise and the potential damage to parked vehicles.
If you are affected as a result of problems caused by mini-bikes and similar vehicles, please contact the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer at Sevenoaks District Council by e-mailing community.safety@sevenoaks.gov.uk or by calling 01732 227000 providing full details of where and when the problems are occurring so further investigation can be made.
Information about the problem and who is causing it will then be shared across all the agencies in the Community Safety Partnership to take appropriate joint action.
To report an incident which is in the process of taking place you should always ring 999.
If there is an occasion when the incident has already passed you can ring, contact your local police station.
