Why Weight Plan

Why Weight Plan

Why Weight is a 12 week adult weight management course run by qualified professionals. It focuses on helping people to understand the relationship between food, exercise and weight control.  Each weekly session focuses on a particular subject, such as food labels, portion sizes and eating out as well as a weekly weigh-in. At the end of each session there is the chance to take part in an 30 minute gentle exercise class specifically for Why Weight Plan members only.

Starting in September, there will be five Why Weight programmes running across the District, in four different locations:

The Why Weight is for anyone, over the age of 18 with at least two stone in weight to lose. For more information you can download the Why Weight information poster ( PDF File 2392KB file details) or contact The Healthy Living Team on 01732 227000 or email healthyliving@sevenoaks.gov.uk
