Swanley makes priorities for PACT

News release issued on 23 July 2010

Swanley residents are being invited to set out priorities for their community at a Partners and Community Together (PACT) meeting next month.

The PACT meeting will allow Swanley residents to raise any concerns and hear how the Sevenoaks District Community Safety Partnership is working together to make the town safer.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 12 August at Swanley Town Council offices at 10am. There is no need to book in advance, just turn up on the day.

Cllr Elaine Bracken, Sevenoaks District Council's Cabinet member with responsibility for Community Safety, says: "It's really important that residents attend this meeting so that any issues concerning them can be tackled with the help of local authorities. If we work together we can really make a difference to our community."
