Organised by Sevenoaks District Council and Sencio Community Leisure, activities range from basketball and boccia, trampolining and table tennis, to martial arts and mountain bike stunts!
The events will take place between 10am and 4pm on the following days:
Cycling stunt sensation and local resident Rich Johnson will be performing at Swanley and Edenbridge and is expected to wow spectators with his skills. Rich has performed on Britain’s Got Talent and other TV shows.
Specially adapted bikes will be on show at Sevenoaks and Edenbridge giving everyone the chance to experience what it’s like to ride the bikes that will be used by athletes at the Paralympic Road Race later this year.
Bikeability cycling coaching sessions for eight to 11 year olds will be available Sevenoaks and Swanley. Places must be booked in advance by contacting the Council on 01732 227000 and an own bike and helmet is required.

Anyone who brings their bike along to any of the centres can get it security marked for free and there will be another chance to go for a spin on the ‘smoothie bike’. The stationary bike is fitted with a special pedal-powered blender, mixing up delicious fruit smoothies in an instant.
There will be the chance to find out how to buy Paralympic Games Road Cycling event at Brands Hatch and how to volunteer to be part of the action at all events.
The event has been organised to celebrate Sevenoaks District hosting the Paralympic Games road cycling at Brands Hatch in September whilst giving residents the chance to ‘get active’ and try their out new sporting activities.
Cllr Pat Bosley, the Council’s Cabinet member for leisure, says: "These events are a wonderful opportunity for residents to celebrate the countdown to the Olympic and Paralympic Games whilst bringing together healthy eating and exercise in a really fun, interactive and engaging way."
