03 September 2010Time is fast running out for local residents to air their views on an important plan that sets out the priorities for local services in the coming years.
The final deadline for the public to have their say on what they think of the draft Sustainable Community Action Plan, which will run for three years from April, is Friday 29 January 2010.
The Sevenoaks District Community Plan will be delivered by the Sevenoaks District Local Strategic Partnership. It is created through talking to people from across the District who were asked what is needed to make the District a good place to live. The Community Plan therefore represents the community’s priorities for action.
The Community Plan affects how all the services in the District are delivered, not just those provided by the District Council. They relate to all aspects of community life and the services that all residents receive.
