Following the success of the free Why Weight Plan, Sevenoaks District Council, in partnership with NHS West Kent are pleased to announce that another course will be running in Sevenoaks town in March.
The Why Weight Plan which is for Sevenoaks District residents only, is a weight management programme. It aims to encourage residents, who have at least two stone to lose, to take control of their lifestyle by balancing a healthy diet with regular exercise. With weekly weigh-ins, nutrition advice, as well as practical solutions to losing weight, it is a perfect way of taking control of those extra pounds.
Each Why Weight session also includes a 30 minute, motivational exercise class for all fitness levels. The continuing support and motivation by the Why Weight nutritionist throughout this programme will help residents to manage their weight effectively.

The Why Weight Plan is organised by Sevenoaks District Council and funded by NHS West Kent as part of The Choosing Health Agenda, which aims to make healthier choices easier.
