08 February 2012A business boosting workshop is coming to Sevenoaks next month to ensure local businesses have a successful 2010.
The free event is being organised by Sevenoaks District Council, Tourism South East and Business Link who are offering advice focussed on tourism and hospitality businesses.
The event will be taking place on 25 March 2010 at the Stag Community Arts Centre in Sevenoaks between 10.30am to 1.30pm. The workshop offers advice and guidance to owners, managers and key decision makers and will be given valuable advice from industry experts. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The workshop will help businesses to develop an action plan with advice from Business Link advisers. The workshop will identify different aspects of the tourism industry and will include information on recognising the opportunities as well as the threats, spotting key markets and learning what customers want, maintaining the high standards of quality and customer care. Further information on how to access additional support will be provided.
