Residents living in West Kingsdown can meet to discuss and take action on issues taking place in their town with the help of their PACT neighbourhood panel meeting.
PACT meetings help local residents voice any concerns they may have and can take action with the help of local authorities. PACT stands for Partners and Community Together and involves the police, councils and others working together to make the area safer.
The next PACT meeting takes place on Thursday 16 September at the Old School Hall, School lane at 7.30pm. There is no need to book just turn up on the day.
Cllr Elaine Bracken, Sevenoaks District Council's Cabinet member with responsibility for community safety, says: "These meetings are a really good way for people to inform authorities about issues in their communities and have proved to be popular all over the District. They allow public services and residents to work together to address local matters of concern."
