Young people will be able to party with a difference later this month when the ‘Jump-In’ pool party returns to Sevenoaks.
There will be a DJ playing all the latest tunes, cool lights and even more new fun stuff in the pool to play with when 'Jump-In' returns to Sevenoaks Leisure Centre on Saturday 30 May from 6pm to 8pm, for eight to 14 year olds.
Tickets cost just £5 and can be purchased in advance from Sevenoaks Leisure Centre or on the night. However, the last event sold out and places are limited, so it is advised to buy tickets early to avoid disappointment!
Young people will have the pool completely to themselves and the café at the Leisure Centre will also be open. Parents and guardians who want to stay are welcome.
Cllr Elaine Bracken, Sevenoaks District Council Cabinet member with responsibility for healthy living, says: “We’ve held three pool parties in the District now, and they are obviously proving to be a real hit with young people as every single one has been a sell out so far! If you want to enjoy a party with a difference get your ticket now!”
This initiative has been organised by Sevenoaks District Council in partnership with Sencio Community Leisure and is funded by NHS West Kent as part of the National Choosing Health agenda, which aims to make healthy choices easier.
