Produced by the Central Office of Information, Directgov provides information from across UK government departments on topics ranging from travel safety and parental leave to special educational needs and local NHS services. You can browse by topics - including money, employment, travel and transport, and education - or by audience groups, such as disabled people, young people, and parents. The site also gives you access to government directories, as well as links to relevant third parties who can offer additional trusted advice and support.

Citizens Advice Bureaux
Free, confidential, impartial and independent advice. The Citizens Advice Bureau helps solve problems which are central to people's lives, including debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment, and immigration. Advisers can help fill out forms, write letters, negotiate with creditors and represent clients at court or tribunal. Sevenoaks District has three Citizens Advice Bureaux.
