What is a complaint?

You have been told that something would be done, and it hasn't been done or it is taking too long
You have been treated unfairly by a member of staff
You have been told that you cannot have help or use a Council service

It is your right to complain if you are not happy with one of our services or feel you have been treated badly.

What will happen next?

Your complaint will be passed on to the Complaints Co-ordinator at the Council
They will write to you to tell you what is going to happen
They will then try to sort out your complaint and write to you again to tell you what they have done
