Young person's complaint form
What is a complaint?
- You have been told that something would be done, and it hasn't been done or it is taking too long
- You have been treated unfairly by a member of staff
- You have been told that you cannot have help or use a Council service
It is your right to complain if you are not happy with one of our services or feel you have been treated badly.
Use the form below to tell us who you are and what your complaint is.
What will happen next?
- Your complaint will be passed on to the Complaints Co-ordinator at the Council
- They will write to you to tell you what is going to happen
- They will then try to sort out your complaint and write to you again to tell you what they have done
- If after this you are still unhappy, let us know. Call 01732 227000 and we will tell you how to complain to someone else in the Council
