Sevenoaks District Council has earmarked £80,000 to improve the play area at Holly Bush Recreation ground in Sevenoaks.
Earlier in the year, the Council asked local people .jpg "Quad rider")
for their suggestion as to how the money should be spent.
The consultation ended on 13 July 2008.
Over the coming weeks the Council will draw up a brief for the improved play area informed by local residents' views.
Work is likely to begin on the playground during the autumn.
