If you are prepared to accept the terms of the scheme and would like us to pass the details of your property onto our clients we are happy to do this. As the landlord you would retain the responsibility of interviewing and selecting your tenant. The Private Sector Letting scheme does not provide a management service.

The Lodging Scheme
