Sevenoaks Property Accreditation

To encourage and support the many good landlords who already operate in the District and to assist others in attaining the standards of the best, Sevenoaks District Council has launched the Sevenoaks Property Accreditation scheme (SPA).

SPA is a free property based accreditation scheme for landlords of private rented accommodation in the Sevenoaks District. For more information on the benefits of joining the scheme please contact the Private Sector Housing team on 01732 227000.
