Kent Homechoice is the Choice Based Letting system for allocating Council and Housing Association Homes across Kent.
Before your details can automatically be registered with Kent Homechoice you must first be accepted onto the Sevenoaks District Housing Register.

Sevenoaks District Council Members approved the allocations scheme used to prioritise accepted applicants on the Housing Register and you can view the Sevenoaks District Housing Register Allocation Scheme ( PDF File 168KB file details). If your circumstances change in any way you must tell the Housing Options Team immediately as your priority may change. Once your application has been accepted onto the Sevenoaks District Housing Register, your details will automatically be uploaded onto Kent Homechoice, where you will be able to bid for suitable properties. Please note, there is no Council housing in the Sevenoaks District as the Council transferred its housing stock to West Kent Housing Association in 1989 and now all social housing is provided by Housing Associations. There is very high demand for Housing Association properties in the Sevenoaks District and most applicants accepted onto Kent Homechoice will wait a long time before they are offered a home.
